Immediately Empty the Suitcase Fill
Do not delay unloading luggage after traveling. Because items that are left too long in them will cause unpleasant odors, such as shoes or food.
Clean From Stickers And Airport Tags
Don’t forget to remove all sticker patches or airport tags attached to the suitcase. If left for too long, you will have difficulty cleaning the remaining sticker glue that dries.
The remaining glue will then become a ‘nest’ of dust and dirt. If the cover of your suitcase is of a hard cover type , you can wipe it with a damp cloth so that the suitcase looks sleek again.
Place Dry Gel
To ensure the cleanliness of the inside of the suitcase, clean dust and dirt using a vacuum cleaner.
Then place some dry gel pieces according to the size of the suitcase to absorb the unpleasant odor. So that your suitcase will be free from the musty smell even though it’s long unused.
Store in a dry place
If it is not used, wrap the suitcase with a plastic or special cover for the suitcase. Then store in a dry place and out of reach of children such as in a cupboard.
